In the office, CRM holds your customer records, contract details and collection history in one searchable place, so staff aren't hunting through spreadsheets or paper files. Planning tools build efficient routes from your customer list, overdue collections or a postcode radius.

Dispatch moves jobs from draft to assigned to completed, with a calendar view of the day or week ahead. Drag-and-drop assignment makes it quick to react when a driver calls in sick or a job gets added last minute.

Field: Driver App, GPS and Signatures

The driver app is mobile-first, built as a PWA so drivers don't need to install anything from an app store. Each driver sees their next stop, gets turn-by-turn hand-off to Google or Apple Maps, and can confirm arrival, capture photos and take an on-screen signature from site.

Live tracking shows where every driver is, with regular GPS refreshes so the office always knows progress against the day's rounds. If a driver loses signal, the app queues data and syncs automatically once connected again.

Compliance: Defra, WTNs and Reporting

Every collection captured in the field can generate a digital waste transfer note automatically, sent straight to the customer without extra admin. The same record connects to Defra's Receipt of Waste API, so waste receipts are reported in time for the two-working-day deadline.

Reports give you an audit trail of every job, EWC code and signature, so you're ready for an Environment Agency check without digging through paper files.
