Waste Licence and Permit Tracking

Waste licence and permit tracking keeps every carrier registration, environmental permit and exemption, yours and your suppliers', in one place. The app reminds you before anything expires and flags any carrier or site whose paperwork isn't valid before you hand over a load.

How Waste Licence and Permit Tracking Works

Waste businesses depend on paperwork with expiry dates: your own carrier registration, environmental permits and exemptions, and the registrations and permits of every carrier and site you deal with. Under the duty of care, you're expected to check that the people you pass waste to are authorised.

Waste licence and permit tracking puts all of this in one place. Every document is stored with its number, type, holder and expiry date, linked to the customer, carrier or site it belongs to. The app reminds you before anything lapses and flags problems before they become breaches.

Your Own Licences and Permits

Store your own carrier, broker and dealer registrations, environmental permits, waste exemptions, certifications and insurance documents. Each one has an expiry date and an owner in your business, so renewals don't depend on somebody remembering. Your permit details can also drive other checks in the app, such as which EWC codes your site can accept.

Checking Carriers and Receiving Sites

The duty of care means checking that anyone you give waste to is allowed to take it. The app keeps a record of each carrier's registration and each receiving site's permit, with the date you last checked it.

When you assign a job to a subcontract haulier or book a load into a site, the app checks their status. If a registration has expired or a permit doesn't cover the waste type, you're warned before the job goes ahead.

Expiry Reminders

You choose when reminders arrive, for example 90, 30 and 7 days before expiry, and who receives them. A dashboard shows what's expiring this month, what's already lapsed and which partners haven't been checked recently. No more discovering an expired registration when a customer or regulator asks for it.
